My little boy has started constantly chewing on his hands for the past week. His hands are in his mouth non stop..if its not gebtlt chewing on them its just having them in his mouth moving around but not necessarily sucking.

Could this be a comfort thing emotionally…or a physical thing like possible early teething or just exploring his hands…but constantly? Any one else?

My almost 14 week daughter has been sucking thumb and putting her hand in her mouth non stop too. Her nurse said something in their mouths start is happening that will make them drool a lot too. I think it might be starting to prepare for the gums to receive teeth in the next months..
